FATAL, has now been formed as a result of the exasperation and grief relatives have suffered over what they believe is the deliberate lack of transparency of their loved ones autopsies.

Alan Sweeney

Carpenter William Sweeney tragically lost his son Alan in 1991 in a bizarre and harrowing incident of mistaken identity. Alan, aged just 23, was taken away by the police in the back of a police van, after being wrongly identified as a suspect.

Daniel Abrey

Daniel was a 22-year-old man who lived and worked in London. On Friday 2 September 2005 Daniel did not report for work. His colleague called his landlord to ask if Daniel was there. The landlord’s partner Wayne went to Daniel’s room and said he put a note under the door. No note was ever found.

Lee Balkwell

Lee Balkwell was a 33-year-old man from an East London family who lost his life in mysterious circumstances the night of 17/18 July 2002, at Baldwins Farm, South Ockendon, Essex. The now-discredited Home Office pathologist Dr Michael John Heath was chosen by senior Essex Police Officers to carry out the post-mortems.

Nygel FirmingerNygel Firminger

Nygel Firminger, was found dead after he was evicted by his housing association in 2012. Nygel had previously been sanctioned by Kilburn jobcentre and pursued by the Department for Work and Pensions..

Richard Chang

Richard was a senior risk analyst at Abbey National HQ, who died after a fall in July 2004 at the Abbey National plc headquarters . Prior to his death Richard had been heavily interrogated by Kroll Associates in the building. Freddy Patel , the pathologist involved, and the coroners court, recorded, on the most spurious of evidence, Richard’s death as “suicide”.
